大啖荔枝 小心上火嘴破

夏天氣溫飆升,許多人最愛吃冷藏過的冰涼荔枝,但小心吃太多上火造成嘴破,莊雅惠中醫師表示,主要是因為荔枝屬於較燥熱的水果,建議食用的時候要適量,或是同時搭配一些屬性較寒涼的水果,如西瓜、水梨等,就能避免過於燥熱。

上火 分3類型

莊雅惠中醫師表示,不管是冬天或夏天都常有嘴破患者求診,主要是依個人體質而定,若屬易便祕的燥熱體質,只要吃太多燥熱食物就會上火,冬天可能是麻辣火鍋、羊肉爐引起,夏天就是荔枝、芒果等水果,而上火又分為心火、胃火、肝火,若屬心火會感到煩躁,同時有心悸、心跳過快等情形;胃火者則會口臭,同時常感口渴、便祕;肝火則會覺得嘴巴苦苦的,建議諮詢中醫師再依上火類型選擇中藥材服用,例如心火可選淡竹葉、胃火選石膏、肝火選龍膽草。


燥熱 致皮膚癢

除上火嘴破之外,夏天也常因燥熱而有皮膚癢的問題,可喝茶飲來緩解症狀,先準備蜜黃精5錢,何首烏3錢,絞股藍、紫蘇各2錢及茉莉花1.5錢,蜜黃精可補脾養肺、益腎補精;何首烏益精血、補肝腎;絞股藍清熱;紫蘇散寒;茉莉花可理氣,全部材料分4份,每次取1份加250c.c.沸水沖泡,燜約 5分鐘後即可,4份茶飲於2天內喝完即可。
